What is eTownHall ?

It is a unique platform that combines the best of a petition process with a discussion forum so MEPs and political groups can reply to these petitions.

This webtool:

• Makes it easy and inexpensive for advocacy groups to organise online campaigns and engage their supporters
• Makes these campaigns non disruptive on the European Parliament (EP) infrastructure (e.g. mail server)
• Makes it easy for Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) to respond to these campaigns (e.g. express their position, engage in dialogue)
• Provides a neutral and transparent online space so that both the organisers and the EP can get a meaningful overview of the results of a campaign.
